This project consisted of a site development with off-site public improvements.  The off-site public improvements consisted of the extension of 12” and 16” water lines to the site.  Calculations for pipe restraints and air release valves, master meter and backflow preventer sizing were also performed.  Along with the water line extensions, two new 12” pressure reducing valves with one remote transmitting unit was designed.  Additionally, the retrofit of an existing PRV was designed to include a RTU unit.  This project is currently under construction.  Mr. Prete was the Project Manager and Engineer of Record.

This project consisted of a site development.  Engineering services that were provided included the design and calculations for on-site mass grading, 12” public water lines through the site, two  wastewater services, drainage improvements that included three separate storm sewer systems and two detention pond with outlet structures.  Additional, a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) was prepared.  Mr. Prete was the Project Manager and Engineer of Record.

This project was a 307 acre +/- commercial development near the northwest corner of IH 35 and SH 45 in southwest portion of Round Rock.  The scope of the project included the design, bidding, & construction administration services.  The design encompassed the analysis of projected development and sizing of all water and wastewater lines within the project limits as well as future demands from the entire service basin.  Additionally, the scope of services included preparation of TCEQ Compliant WPAP, SCS, TPDES, and TxDot permitting.  Mr. Waeltz served as Project Manager and Engineer of Record for all phases of this project.

  

Meyer Nursing Education Center – 2011 ($14.8 M+/-)

This project consisted of a 201,000 sf, 3 story building and associated site work.  Waeltz & Prete, inc. was responsible for design of all site improvements. The site design work included the utility design, storm drainage design, parking layout and design, detention pond sizing and design, site grading, coordination with other design professionals, and construction phase services. Unique to this project was the interconnection of utilities between this facility and the Baugh Center for the Visual Arts.  A separate site design and utility package was prepared and the project was permitted through the City of Belton. This project is currently under construction. Mr. Waeltz served as Project Manager and Engineer of Record for all phases of this project.
